        We ship worldwide and usually within 2-3 working days. Shipping is free for orders above 350€, else standard rates with Colissimo (French post) apply.

        We want you to be happy with your necklace. If you however want to return it, we offer exchanges or refunds. Please contact us within 14 days after you received your necklace at Carolyn@lynstein.com to arrange the return. All returned necklaces have to be in excellent condition.

        Please handle your necklace with care (no knocking on hard surfaces, letting it fall, putting into contact with water etc.), as this might cause the stones, the porcelain or the cork necklaces to break, chip, crack etc. Every piece is unique and cannot be repaired.
